Simultaneous Injections and Withdrawals
This notice revises Notice No. 117984 previously posted on May 25, 2018. Pursuant to Section 6.3 of its Operating Statement, Kinder Morgan Keystone Gas Storage LLC (KGS) will prohibit Customer's simultaneous injections and withdrawals at different interconnecting points effective October 31, 2018 and continuing until further notice. During this time, KGS will reduce both the injection and withdrawal nominations as necessary to eliminate the amount of simultaneous injections and withdrawals for both Firm and Interruptible services where a shipper nominates to have simultaneous injections at one interconnecting point and withdrawals at a different interconnecting point. As of the effective date, nominations for simultaneous injections and withdrawals at the same interconnecting point will be permitted until further notice.
In the situations where the transactions are impacted by EPSQ of the interconnecting pipelines, KGS will hold to those pipelines EPSQ values when new injections or withdrawals are entered in later cycles.
Proration of intraday cycle injections Notice No. 118205 posted on September 21, 2018 will remain in effect until further notice.
