KGS is updating May Maintenance Schedule due to unit mechanical maintenance from May 7 through May 25 extended through May 30.

Pursuant to section 16.2 of its Operating Statement, Kinder Morgan Keystone Gas Storage LLC (“KGS”) hereby provides notice that it will perform unit mechanical maintenance May 7 through May 30.  Additionally, KGS advises that Injection rights under a Firm Transaction will be curtailed by 50% during each day of that period.  To maximize the use of the available capacity and minimize the disruptions to Shippers with Firm Transactions, any Nominated curtailed Injection rights will have a priority less than non-curtailed Injection rights and higher than Nominations for interruptible or overrun service.
 
Also during this period, Nominations that take effect after the beginning of the Day (9:00 a.m. Central Time) will be pro-rated in accordance with section 6.8 of KGS' Operating Statement.
