Subject:  CIG Annual Fuel and LUF Update

On August 30, 2019 Colorado Interstate Gas Company, L.L.C. (CIG) submitted its annual FL&U filing with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission ("Commission") to adjust the fuel and Lost, Unaccounted-for and Other Fuel Gas reimbursement percentages applicable to the various transportation, compression, and storage services pursuant to General Terms and Conditions, Section 13 of CIG's FERC Gas Tariff with a proposed effective date of October 1, 2019 as shown below.

** Young's fuel reimbursement percentage was filed at FERC in Docket No RP19-330-000.

See Section 13.3 for descriptions of the available routes and areas that are eligible for a fuel charge exemption.  The requirement to provide gas to satisfy CIG's LUF charge applies to all transactions and is not affected by fuel exemptions. The retention requirement for LUF when using these routes and areas is as stated above.
