On November 29, 2019 Colorado Interstate Gas Company, L.L.C. (CIG) submitted its quarterly fuel filing with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (“Commission”) proposing to maintain total Lost, Unaccounted-for and Other Fuel Gas reimbursement percentages applicable to the various transportation, and compression services pursuant to General Terms and Conditions, Section 13 of CIG's FERC Gas Tariff with a proposed effective date of January 1, 2019 as shown below.

Please note that Young Storage Fuel and Unaccounted-For Gas is changing. See below for more information.

The proposed L&U percentage has been filed at FERC in Docket No RP19-333-000 and is pending FERC action.

 

** Young's fuel reimbursement percentage was filed at FERC in Docket No  RP19-330-000 and is pending FERC action.

See Section 13.3 for descriptions of the available routes and areas that are eligible for a fuel charge exemption.  The requirement to provide gas to satisfy CIG's LUF charge applies to all transactions and is not affected by fuel exemptions. The retention requirement for LUF when using these routes and areas is as stated above.
