On May 31, 2017 Colorado Interstate Gas Company, L.L.C. (CIG) submitted its quarterly filing with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission ("Commission") to adjust the Lost, Unaccounted-for and Other Fuel Gas ("LUF") reimbursement percentage applicable to various transportation services pursuant to General Terms and Conditions, Section 13 of CIG's FERC Gas Tariff with a proposed effective date of July 1, 2017 as shown below.

See Section 13.3 for descriptions of the available routes and areas that are eligible for a fuel charge exemption. The requirement to provide gas to satisfy CIG's LUF charge applies to all transactions and is not affected by fuel exemptions. The retention requirement for LUF when using these routes and areas is as stated above.
