In anticipation of the cold weather forecasted for the upcoming days, Colorado Interstate Gas Company, L.L.C. (CIG) is taking the following actions beginning Gas Day Friday, April 28, 2017, and continuing through Sunday April 30, 2017:
· CIG will not be approving requests for Authorized Overrun Withdrawal service pursuant to its No-Notice Transportation and Storage Service (NNT) Rate Schedules.
· CIG will not be scheduling storage withdrawals under Rate Schedules TI-1, TI-HP, IS-1, IS-Y and IS-T.
· Payback OFF the CIG system will not be accepted; payback ONTO the system will be approved, absent other capacity concerns.
CIG is anticipating an increase in demand on its system which will limit its ability to manage imbalances associated with supply shortfalls. Therefore, when necessary to minimize imbalances and protect system integrity, underperformance caps may be placed on nonperforming receipt points, effective the next available nomination cycle. CIG expects operators to continuously manage their confirmations on a cycle to cycle basis to match nominations with actual flow rates.
