3. ELK /BIG HORN TO OREGON BASIN (Segment 142): Elk Basin Compressor Station will be out of service July 19 to perform Annual DOT ESD check and July 20 and July 21 for unit shutdown checks. Capacity through Segment 142 will vary during this outage. Operating conditions and system loading on the Big Horn Lateral/Wind River Lateral supporting deliveries to WBI/CIG (Elk) Elk Basin Park (800229) and NWC/CIG (GRZ) Grizzly Meter Station (800284) may fluctuate. As a result the operationally available capacity at Segment 142 will range between 55 MDthd to 90 MDthd. The capacity available will be based on CIG's evaluation of operating conditions at that time.

4. CO/WY STATE LINE TO N.WAMSUTTER (Segment 126): Greasewood Compressor Station will be out of service July 13 to perform ESD checks, unit shutdown checks. This outage results in the following impact.
