Cancellation of Strained Operating Condition effective Gas Day April 18, 2016, Intraday 1 Cycle (Cycle 3) and April 19, 2016, Timely Cycle (Cycle 1).

 

Colorado Interstate Gas Company, L.L.C. (CIG) hereby provides notice that the Strained Operating Condition (SOC) declared in Critical Notice No. 115820 will terminate beginning Intraday 1 Cycle (Cycle 3) and April 19, 2016, Timely Cycle (Cycle 1).

 

Payback OFF the system will be accepted as operational conditions permit; payback ONTO the system will be approved, absent other capacity concerns.

 

NNT overrun delivery requests will be evaluated daily and follow normal allocation procedures. CIG will be limiting and allocating NNT authorized overruns to 0 Dth as outlined in the Storage Maintenance Notice 115710 for April 18 to April 24 due to Fort Morgan Storage Field bottom hole testing. 

 

Interruptible storage withdrawals will be available as operational conditions permit.

 

The SOC restrictions on SS-1 shippers will be removed.

 

Storage withdrawals in excess of each storage shipper's Available Daily Withdrawal Quantity (ADWQ) or inventory levels above Maximum Available Capacity (MAC) will be allowed as operational conditions permit.

 

Interconnect operators delivering supplies into CIG's pipeline are asked to continue to monitor their flow rates to ensure that flow matches, or does not exceed, scheduled quantities to the greatest extent possible.

 

Interconnect operators receiving supplies from CIG's pipeline are asked to continue to monitor their flow rates to ensure that flow matches, or is not less than, scheduled quantities to the greatest extent possible.

 

CIG will continue to monitor system inventory and will reissue a SOC if conditions warrant.
